Bio i've decided to make this journal to vent my frustration, anger, depression, anxiety, and self-harming tendencies. this journal is public in hopes of helping others understand, and being a person who can relate to others' issues. feel free to add me. a few background details about me: i've had depression since i was 8; tried to kill myself at 9; first incidences of self-harm also at 9; really got into cutting and burning at 14; heavy drug use from 14-18; disordered eating off and on since 15; paranoid anxiety disorder and panic disorder since 17. i'm currently 21. |
